You are welcome to attend a free Homegrown Fit session! We'll take time to learn about your personal goals and introduce you to our community.

During your FREE session you will receive: 

- An engaging warm-up.

- A fun, energizing 60-minute group workout.

- The opportunity to schedule a 15-minute one-on-one goal and strategy call.

- An overview of our training methods and outline on how we can get you to your goals.

About 5:30 AM

Q: Why do we find it not only acceptable, but AWESOME to train when most people are just waking up? 

A: We are looking bring the quality of our life UP in every way.

That first hour of the day we have two choices: lounge, drink coffee, check Facebook, or get our workout done.

Also, some of us have big fitness goals, like challenge their body to do more and get stronger, while others yet are just starting to get regularly active.

Lastly, we face far fewer interruptions, unexpected appointments, and fatigue from the day at the beginning of the day. 

Yoga every Friday @ 6 AM

This class primarily focuses on flexibility and mobility, with some movements focusing on strength.
