Whether you are starting over or are simply looking to supplement your current training, you will start here. This free 1-on-1 session begins with a tour, time to ask questions and learn more about Homegrown Fit and our training methods, a review of your current fitness and mechanics, and ends with clear personalized plan to start your journey. Also included: schedule to join in on a small group training session of your choice.

8 Workouts per Week

Small Group Training provides high-quality results through “minimum effective doses” of basic-to-skilled movements. Workouts include:

  • Global Strength & Traditional Movement Patterns (squat, hinge, push, etc.).

  • Mobility, active flexibility, play (through primal floor movement), and body awareness.

  • Conditioning to strengthen your circulatory system and condition your metabolism.

Each class will progress through a structured warm-up, mobilization, strength work, and high-intensity conditioning. Maximum class capacity is 12 individuals. Workouts are always offered in multiple levels of workloads and skill complexities, with individualized assistance available to all.

Yoga

Mary Wagstaff of Yogafied Soul provides a single but very beneficial opportunity weekly to soak up what we need to recharge: down-regulating our nervous system, and working on tight spots with flexibility and mobility work using traditional yoga poses.
