Fortunately, there are these things called barbells that enable us to continue getting stronger and closer to our physical goals.
The rub: barbell training requires some learning, and almost no middle-aged woman was ever invited to learn barbells as young people.
The cool thing: now there are women who have not only learned, but worked to hone their skills for how to do and teach other women The Way of the Barbell.
This class is your opportunity to get a little taste, and to see how strong you already are and how strong you have the potential to become by learning to use this tool.

Review the basics of several compound lifts, including Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift
Establish the optimal set-up for your body, and learn form cues that work for your brain
