- This class is your opportunity to get a little taste, and to see how strong you already are and how strong you have the potential to become by learning to use this tool.

- Gain proficiency with working out in the most effective way for your active Peri-menopause+ life 
- Review the basics of several compound lifts, including Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift 
- Establish the optimal set-up for your body, and learn form cues that work for your brain 
- Learn the principles of training that - when utilized - permit you to continue making progress 
- Learn & practice how to fail a lift safely 
- Other gym literacy & skills
