Before I started training with Anne I was just running, which has been my go-to during periods of transition. In the past I've experienced injuries running without mobility and strength work. I'm a little over a month in to my at-home training and I'm making progress and having fun!

I really want to cross creeks while hiking without being scared. Training with Anne, the ground work play and bodyweight movements help me to gain more overall stability, strength and body awareness. I have more confidence in what I can do and trust my ability to use my body in everyday life. I've already imagined how I can think creatively about moving my whole body to climb over rocks or use a natural log bridge to cross a creek. 

In the past month I've made significant progress on the depth of my cossack squats--including ankle mobility. My push up quality is improving, and I can hang for 45 seconds without breaks. Also, I haven't missed a workout yet!I'm working on forward shoulder rolls, pull ups and maybe pistol squats.
